New Construction Contract in DHA Phase 6 | PPS Constructions

Alhamdulillah, PPS Construction has signed another new project. Recently, we finalized a contract in DHA Phase 6, E-Extension, where our respected customer Mr. Zaki has handed over his house project to us — from grey structure all the way to finishing.

Why Did the Customer Choose PPS Construction?

According to Mr. Zaki, he had been doing research for almost one and a half months.
He visited many architects and construction companies in Lahore. He checked their designs, ideas, and working style. But still, he kept thinking:

“I don’t know why, but my mind kept coming back to PPS.”

He said that when he first visited PPS Construction, he felt satisfied and confident.
Even though he had almost finalized 1–2 companies, in the end he decided:

“No… I will get my house constructed by PPS only.”

Project Details

This project is located in DHA Phase 6, E-Extension, Five Fielder Side.

The plan is:

• PPS will first complete the Grey Structure,
• and then take the house to full finishing.

Our target is to complete:

• the grey structure normally in 4 months,
• but we will try our best to finish it within 3 months.

This is a major step for PPS Construction as we enter DHA with full strength.

PPS Construction Now Entering DHA Lahore

PPS has already completed many successful projects in:

• Bahria Town
• Al-Hamd Garden
• and many other societies

Now, with this new contract, PPS is officially starting projects inside DHA as well.

We are also planning to open a fully operational office inside DHA, so clients can easily visit, discuss their projects, and see our work closely.
