Alhamdulillah, today marks a big milestone – the official demarcation of Salman Bhai’s site has been completed. First of all, heartfelt congratulations to Salman Bhai on this achievement. From today onwards, our proper construction journey begins under PPS Construction.
During our earlier meetings, most discussions were focused on the map finalization. With Allah’s blessing, the map has now been finalized, and today we are ready to begin building a home that will be almost a replica of the model house.
Location Advantage – Johar Block, Bahria Town Lahore
The site is located in Johar Block, Sector E of Bahria Town Lahore, an area that recently witnessed new cutting. After careful consideration and detailed evaluation of different locations, Simran Bhai purchased this plot.
The plot enjoys an excellent location, falling within the surroundings of the Eiffel Tower in Sector E, while the next options would have been Nishtar Block or Ghaznavi Extension. In terms of approach and accessibility, this location is undoubtedly better.
However, there is a slight drawback – the plot is quite deep, which will naturally impact construction costs. As Faisal Bhai explained, deep plots usually require more filling, plinth work, and additional expenses compared to regular plots.

Next Steps – Bahria Town Requirements
Now that the site has been demarcated, the next steps include:
Obtaining the Green Sheet (mandatory in Bahria Town)
Boring work for utilities
Electrical connection setup
Site allocation for offloading material
Material arrival and storage on-site
With these steps, the physical construction process will officially kick off.
Construction Process – Insights from Faisal Bhai
According to Faisal Bhai:
PPS will comply with Bahria’s by-laws and requirements.
Work will start within 4–5 days after approvals.
The complete project timeline is 5–6 months.
However, the grey structure phase is targeted for completion in 3 months.
He also highlighted that while deep plots can slightly increase duration, PPS teams always work on a fast-track basis. The goal is to deliver before time. Although Salman Bhai wanted to celebrate New Year in his new home, it might not be possible, but PPS aims to hand over the house right after New Year, InshaAllah.
